Our Company is expanding rapidly. Our Programs are currently in Fifteen Cities in Northern California. FY2005 plans include further expansion into the Nevada, Southern California and Colorado markets. In addition, we are planning for expansion into other large cities throughout the United States. We are currently negotiating nationwide contracts to provide martial arts services in every major metropolitan area in America.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

	Martial Arts Instructors of Any Martial Arts Style
	Martial Arts Black Belts of Any Martial Arts Style
	School Owners of Any Martial Arts Style

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS TO JOIN OUR TEAM:

	Experience Teaching Children in Martial Arts or Fitness/Sports
	Seeking Part-time Employment - flexible schedules
	Must be 18 Years of Age or Older
	Must be available during 9AM-5PM hours or a portion of these hours
	Must have an automobile
	Must have e-mail access
	Must be able to make a 6 month commitment

SCHOOL OWNERS - CONSIDER PARTNERING WITH US....

	If You are interested in receiving transfer students in your area who complete our programs
	If You have Black Belt staff looking for Part-time employment that does not conflict with your martial arts schedules
	If You are interested in receiving $500-$2,000 per month with little involvement in managing our Program
